GoodTerms is the new public name for Prenuply.

GoodTerms remains owned and operated by Prenuply AI Inc., the same Ontario corporation that created Prenuply. The change is a new public name, not a sale, merger, or change in ownership.

Prenuply began with a focused goal: helping Canadian couples prepare personalized prenuptial agreement templates more clearly, quickly, and affordably before independent lawyer review. Prenups remain at the heart of the business.
