The property includes two approximately 12,000-square-foot office buildings totaling about 24,000 square feet on 1.2 acres along the Roosevelt Road corridor near downtown Wheaton. The buyer, a local developer, plans to redevelop the site into 22 modern multifamily units following successful rezoning from office to residential use.

The transaction represents a notable example of suburban Wheaton multifamily redevelopment and reflects the broader trend of adaptive reuse of underperforming suburban office assets into residential housing across DuPage County and the greater Chicago area.
