To qualify for the Inc. 5000, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent as of December 31, 2023. They must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2020, with minimum revenues of $100,000 in 2020 and $2 million in 2023. Rankings are based on growth rates calculated to four decimal places.
