GoodTerms Launches Business NDAs, Expanding Into Small-Business Agreements

The Toronto-based platform adds guided non-disclosure agreement drafting for Ontario businesses to its prenup, cohabitation and postnup offerings.

Toronto, Ontario - September 24, 2026-- GoodTerms, the Canadian agreement-drafting platform operated by Prenuply AI Inc., now offers business non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). The launch marks the company's expansion into small-business agreements, beginning with a guided NDA tool for two people or businesses based in Ontario.

GoodTerms Launches Business NDAs, Expanding Into Small-Business Agreements

GoodTerms now offers business NDAs for two people or businesses based in Ontario.

Available at goodterms.ca/nda, the new experience helps users prepare an NDA for working with a contractor, handling a client's confidential information or exploring a business collaboration. Documents are prepared in English and available as PDF and editable Word files.

GoodTerms previously focused on prenuptial, cohabitation and postnuptial agreement templates for Canadian couples. The addition of business NDAs extends its guided document-preparation approach to business owners and service providers who need to set expectations before sharing information.

Guided choices, from the first question to the document

The process begins with a fit check, followed by questions about the purpose of the disclosure and the information involved. Users can choose whether the agreement covers information shared by one side or both, along with the periods for sharing new information and keeping it confidential.

Users review a plain-language summary before creating an account and adding the parties' details. The tool asks users to describe the information they plan to share without entering the confidential information itself.

One GoodTerms credit creates one document version, with both PDF and Word downloads. Customers can download an existing version again without using another credit. Credits work across supported GoodTerms agreement types.

A focused first offering for small businesses

The initial NDA offering is for two parties based in Ontario and covers information shared after the agreement starts. The fit check identifies situations outside its scope, including employment matters, disputes, prior disclosures and reviewing a document supplied by another party.

The generated document is an unsigned draft for review with the other party and a lawyer before signing. GoodTerms is a technology platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.

The launch follows the company's rebrand from Prenuply to GoodTerms and represents the next step in its expansion into agreements for life and work. Its prenup, cohabitation and postnup offerings remain available.
