WE
PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In
Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our
Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply
with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your
consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of
reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
In Short: We may share information in
specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third
parties.
We may need to share your personal information
in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy notice. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
- Business Partners. We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
In Short: We may use cookies
and other tracking technologies to collect and store your
information.
We may use cookies and similar
tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or
store information. Specific information about how we use such
technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in
our Cookie Notice.
We also use tracking
pixels in the emails we send to detect whether and when a
message has been opened. When an email is opened, we may record
the date and time of the open, the IP address, and the browser
or email client (user agent) used, along with aggregate counts
such as when the message was first and last opened and the total
number of opens. We use this information to measure engagement
and improve our communications, and we retain it for as long as
the associated email record is kept. Please note that opens may
be over- or under-counted because some email clients pre-fetch
or proxy images on your behalf.
In Short: If you choose to
register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we
may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability
to register and log in using your third-party social media account
details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to
do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from
your social media provider. The profile information we receive may
vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will
often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile
picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on
such a social media platform.
We will use the information we
receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy
notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant
Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not
responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your
third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review
their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share
your personal information, and how you can set your privacy
preferences on their sites and apps.
6. HOW DO WE HANDLE
CONNECTED
EMAIL ACCOUNTS?
In Short: If you choose to
connect your email account (e.g., Gmail), we access only the
permissions needed to send emails on your behalf. We do not read,
scan, or store the contents of your inbox.
Our Services allow you to connect
a third-party email account (such as Google Gmail or an SMTP email
provider) so that you can send emails directly from our platform.
When you connect a Gmail account, we request the following
permissions via Google OAuth:
- Gmail Send (gmail.send) — Used solely to send emails you compose within our Services on your behalf.
- Email address — Used to identify your connected account.
- Profile information — Used to display your name on sent emails.
We do not request
or use permissions to read, modify, or delete emails in your
mailbox. We only send messages that you explicitly compose and
choose to send through our platform.
How we store
credentials: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are
stored in encrypted form in our database. SMTP passwords are also
stored encrypted. These credentials are used only to authenticate
email sending on your behalf.
How to revoke
access: You may disconnect your email account at any
time from within our Services. You may also revoke access directly
from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Upon disconnection, we will no longer be able to send emails through
your account.
Our use of information received

Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been
finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser
