I want to tell you NOT to buy it, because I don't want to make more competition for myself, but I've chatted back and forth with Steve, and just in the time I've had this they've probably 4x'ed the value, if not higher, and I'm set to have a sit-down face-to-face with him to help build out their system. I've been doing aggressive PR as my main business for years, and I initially grabbed this as a "side-add-on" for doing specific kinds of PR campaigns, but now they're building out a whole system. Seriously impressed with it as it currently exists, and where it's going.

Please don't buy this because I don't want the competition.

In a world of a lot of half baked software, it's great to see Press Ranger live up to the hype.

1) it's a great software that works
2) They constantly push updates. They have a 'new feature friday' email that's really cool to see
3) Good support. Fast response times.
4) They just added a feature that allows for wholesale press distribution which is WILD. Something I've wanted to do for a while, but was too cost prohibitive. Now it's not.

Overall, a great software. 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Don't sleep on the unique features of this deal! I work in video games, and I've been patiently waiting for a tool to come along that can help me serve my niche and Press Ranger is just that. Finally a database of relevant and up-to-date journalists from multiple regions and a stack of tools that I can use to reach them and hone my pitch - AI is not just a buzzword, it is the real cherry on top, and provides the power behind Press Ranger, delivering real results. I rate Steve highly as a founder, he took the time out to listen and understand my use case and responded with insightful tips on how to get the best from the platform. I'm looking at Press Ranger as a way to not only promote my business but also promote my customers', probably even on a performance basis because I'm not fronting thousands in investment for a database, so why not?

I have sat on many sales calls with tools like this and they are all wildly expensive. Press Ranger is a great price and the contact details for various snitches have been very solid so far.

As I am diving back into public relations for mainly link building, the support via email has been incredible and really helping me get a grasp on the tool and how to reach out to journalist.

In just 5 minutes I created outstanding, to-the-point PR. The cool feature is, that it automatically gives a list of journalists suggestions once your PR is ready.

I've been looking for something to break mind-boggling expensive European tool and this is absolutely on the right track - it works and is well on its way to being extraordinary. Quick tests showed it worked well - and will only get better. It has an interesting feature for AI rather than templates, which might save time when writing multiple pitches. The UI is clean and easy to understand, and for anyone in communications, editing, writing or pitching, this seems to truly be worth it. Also, I wrote on a Sunday if they could build more features - and they responded immediatley. Impressive.

People may overlook that this little tool gives you a solid database but also details like social info (FB, IG and Twitter). A lot of reporters and journalists do not answer any single email as they usually get overwhelmed with spammy emails and offers these days. Sometimes it's better to comment on social platforms and they get back to you within a minute if it's something that interests them. Also, I tried the database itself for Australia which is usually almost "empty". Hell, I've got a lot of journalists and immediately push them o my list. Tomorrow I'll send out a campaign and see how many answers I get :D

My expectations for the German market were not too high. But I quickly realized that Pressranger is a real treasure! A great all-in-one management tool in which you can not only manage your press texts and content, but also write them with the AI function. By the way: The results in German are incredible!!! If you know the German alternatives like Pressebox etc., you know that they cost a fortune in comparison. I'm looking forward to more features like “Add your own press contacts”. Love it ;-)

What I like about this tool is that it has many of the functionalities needed for modern communication, yet still retains traces of that old-school smokey media/journalism vibe.

To me, the main Plus is the database size, the filters (especially country and activity) and the possibility to create lists and extract contact information, including emails.
And if you don't want to send emails by yourself, you can create campaigns and directly send Press Release, that's really cool.

For now and after tests, i can find journalists i know in my coutry, thus really cool.
In conclusion, 5 stars for me, and I hope the database will continue to grow ! :)

I have used tools like Muckrack and Cision in the past and they are WILDLY expensive. PressRanger has a solid list of leads.

Steve will reach out to you pretty quickly, if you respond to that Steve will give you actual advice on strategy and tips to effectively use the product. Really great support!

This tool does require a lot of work as you need to manually vet every journalist and there's no way to easily filter things like publication type (TV/Magazine/Blog/Youtube, etc), or local geography (country only) but I have no doubt those things are on the roadmap.

As somebody who manages a PR agency, Press Ranger is an innovative and affordable option for anyone who's interested to use PR for their business. While the database in Southeast Asia can be improved, there's huge potential for this app to be a market leader in the region, and I'm excited to be one of the early users.

I work for a property management company and have been writing articles for the past several months for our company's blog. I wanted to take the next step and get content out to other writers and journalists as our industry deals with a lot of state legislation.

Steve, the owner of Press Ranger has been fantastic with providing information on how to get content out there and has assisted in creating a strategy for our business. It's very easy to send out teasers to journalists all over the world along with an AI writing tool that helps adjust the content I'm creating.

So far I've had good success with getting responses back from the content I've sent out.

This turned a paid service for PR Agencies into something I can do in-house, much cheaper. I also get to build my own contact list for getting more articles out in the future.

I have been a PR and Brand Strategist for over 20 years now, so I was very interested when Press Ranger caught my eye. I am impressed with the number of journalists in the database and that it's covers media worldwide. I reached out to Steve from Press Ranger and received some incredible ideas and help to promote my own business and services. The database is amazing, and the support is amazing, so this is a no-brainer if you are serious about promoting and getting free publicity to spread your message, or those of your clients, and boost name recognition, business opportunities, and sales.

I have sent Press Releases out on my own periodically and always seemed to struggle with the proper writing style and formatting of the release -- and then the process of compiling the list of media contacts to send it to was a long tiresome process...

When Press Ranger came out I was skeptical and wasn't sure if it would work well. Then I tried it out -- WOW!

I didn't think the AI writing tool would be helpful, but I tried it and was blown away. Just by adding pararaph about what I was promoting, it turned into a full very well-written release that I could tweak and send out.

I didn't know much about PR before seeing this deal, however I knew how important backlinks are and I also knew how to do cold emailing too. The owner of Press Ranger gave me information on how to do a successful PR campaign, added some media lists that I can reach out to and offered to help me in the future if I need help. This is also a cheaper platform than the alternatives, and seems better in some ways too! 5/5 because the platform does exactly what it's supposed to do and the support is good.

TLDR: It takes out a lot of the grunt work and helps keep things organized.

Most of the good press I have is from my client's PR agencies, but they usually don't mention me. Go figure. I have had success with my own outreach before but taking 20 minutes to sleuth out someone's email address is only fun the first few times you do it. The tracking tools seem cool, as does the ability to automatically customize the emails with a journalist's name, position etc. which is already built into the profiles provided in the software. I want the ability to enter my own journalist profiles, but it is on the list of upcoming features. I did a demo for my Kickstarter Mastermind group and all four of them bought Press Ranger as well. I'll be using it both as an Industrial Design service provider and for the company I am starting to sell my own products. I am not a PR pro so I have not tried 10 pieces of software but this saves me time and press releases are surprisingly expensive. I plan to use a list of high value prospects where I will create very customized emails and a standard list that just uses the software to customize the name etc. as mentioned above.

I currently use traditional outreach to build links but I have been looking to progress into Digital PR for a while.
I spotted Press Ranger and had to dive in. The platform is impressive and has an extensive list of publishers and journalists and the AI content creator is a god send. Steve has been so helpful and taken the time to answer all my questions, and there was a lot!

Having come from other "tools" like muckrack and trying out all sorts of HARO like solutions, it was nice to see an option for "everyone else". The interface is intuitive and so far I'm liking what I see. Great customer service, responsive and friendly.

May be a good idea to split out bloggers and journalist if possible. It seems they are all lumped together right now?

I've been skimming Press Ranger and planning steps as a marketing director - and it's great for managing publisher outreach. I was a journalist once upon a time and databases like these are always super helpful for making the connections MUCH faster. The Publisher Database is super helpful. Searches are easy with I guess over 3,500+ records. I tried a few very specific niches in topics like gaming and some came up sparce but it was what I expected. Browsing profiles with contact details and AI fit assessments seems straightforward. Adding to contact lists, sending emails, and using the CRM integration seems like a time saver - I'll use the first two for sure. The search bar and bulk tools are efficient, and niche searches make pitching seem effective. I have not pitched anything yet.

Overall, Press Ranger streamlines my workflow so I'm not scraping blogs, news outlets, social media, or paying someone to do that for me anymore. Highly recommend! Looking forward to the high-match features to come and if they one day add podcasts and more influencers, this is a one-stop shop for finding voices. Hope it keeps growing! Shame I don't run a marketing agency for press releases anymore...

I just started using Press Ranger, and I'm really impressed. Their AI tools for writing press releases and automatically creating a contact list based on industry keywords are amazing. This will save me a lot of time searching for the right journalist or media outlet. I no longer have to ask my assistant to find emails – with just one click, I can send a preformatted email to a contact. I'm looking forward to seeing how this improves my PR game for my clients.

The database alone is worth the investment. The mail template feature is very helpful and time-saving. Everything is great so far and whenever I need assistance, the email support is better than most.

No brainer for me as I have looked at Cision a lot in the past and it's just way to expensive. The team was extremely responsive over support as well, i think this one is going places.

At the end of the quick set up you get a massive list of prospective journalists and publishers!

Like, hundreds and hundreds!

I'm an absolute noob to PR but this tool's definitely boosting my confidence and sparking so many ideas just scrolling thru the list of opportunities.

There's an AI campaign module in there too that streamlines the whole process of outreach!

The time it would take me to compile a PR Media list alone makes this worth the price.

The telling will be in the ongoing maintenance of the lists but if it can be done regularly this will be worth more than the price of admission for me.

The inbuilt CRM capability, the inbuilt list ability, the new Wholesale Projects, all make this a useful tool.

Do you know one of those tools you wish you only knew, because it's so good? That how i feel about Press Ranger. Before, i used to pay exorbitant amounts to press agencies to deliver very poorly. I feel Press Ranger gave it into my control.

All features are well designed. Press Ranger over-delivers. Super happy that I found it!

I've been using Press Ranger for about a week now, and it's been amazing. It's so easy to set up, and the AI is a huge help. The fact that all the journalists are easily accessible, well, that's the icing on the cake.

Support has been outstanding! In fact, they reached out to me, and I didn't even need help, lol. But I did take the opportunity to offer some suggestions, which they listened to, asked questions about, and then followed up on. That speaks volumes in my book.

As a startup founder, I've seen firsthand the impact press can have. But I've also worked with pricey PR agencies who don't deliver much value. I'd rather not shell out thousands of dollars a month for them.

The idea of a tool that helps me find the right connections and then makes it easy to reach out is what prompted me to buy. And I am glad to report that Press Ranger gives me that ability, for less than the cost of a single consultation call with a PR agency.

What Press Ranger doesn't do is help me come up with a newsworthy angle/pitch for my business. It's just a tool, after all. But even pricey PR agencies haven't been able to do that for me. Ultimately there's no one who knows my business like I do. So I still have to come up with the pitch.

But I simply don't have the time to go crawling social media and blogs to try to find the contact info for the most impactful journalists to reach out to. And I was able to do that really quickly with Press Ranger. The founder has also been really responsive on email and I've already seen several improvements to the app.

Last week they just launched a new press release submission addon which seems really promising. I've overpaid for wire services in the past, and was pleasantly surprised with this offering. I plan on using this pretty soon to help with getting backlinks to boost the authority of my (relatively new) domain.

I recently listened to a podcast episode about generating press to grow your business, and really started researching the topic as a result. Luckily, right after that, I found PressRanger. I have one brand that has a potential for a worldwide audience, with a book launch coming up within the year, and one brand that is local. Both very niche, so I wanted to see what types of press contacts were included. We're USA based, so I haven't checked out other languages or countries.

I haven't done a full-blown outreach yet, but I have checked out the contacts and was happy to find a lot. I'm excited that they're adding more podcasts, and hope to be able to sort by type in the near future (publication type: journalist, blogger, podcast host, etc.), but the search functions are pretty good even as they are. You can search by language, country, city, name, and then also a field for a specific search (topics or titles). A CRM is built into the system, and AI can be used to help generate a campaign and the press release, so it's a pretty nice setup.

And Steve, the founder, is so helpful. I've emailed him on a few occasions with multiple questions about how to do things, and he has been very responsive and helpful.

If you are thinking about using PR to grow your business, get it!

Very rarely will I write a review. Man, this is one I couldn't wait to share the details about. First off, the founder Steve is incredible. He is responsive and even will become suggestions on how to best be successful. Also, the list of journalists continues to grow and now with the new feature of connections to distribute your articles, my client list is growing at a great rate! If you are looking for a way into PR this is the product for you!

If you do any type of PR work, Press Ranger is a must-have tool. The app is easy to use and the team listens to feedback (and quickly implements features).

The person who started the company seems down-to-earth and is always working to make the product better by adding new things it can do. It has a huge database and is easy to use, with great AI help. This is something you don't want to miss out on.

As someone who has worked in PR for decades, I was delighted to find Press Ranger. I've been looking for an affordable tool like this for a long time! I bought it out of the gate as the ability to manage five companies is appealing to me, plus being able to do exports if I want to work outside the system is a plus. The user interface is easy to figure out and there are lots of good features already, with more in the works. I made a few suggestions to Steve, and he responded quickly and positively. Aalready exceeding my expectations. This would be great for companies without a big PR department that want to get promotional releases and content out there. Pretty cool and customer support is excellent. This is an impressive product.

I'm writing this review for a couple of reasons. I recently purchased Press Ranger and it was relatively quick to load my company information. Once that was done, I created a Press Announcement from AI. Of course that was the basic structure, but it was really well done. So right there i was happy. However, I am new to Press and i saw that we have many different types of personas on the platform that i may want to potentially reach out to and i asked Steve (Chief Ranger) for help. Honestly the 5 stars are for his support and trying to identify my needs to further help me. This is coming at a time where i am struggling with support from another company where they are giving me the run around. So, this review is to really drive home that the software works so far pretty well although I'm at the beginning of my journey and the support is A1. When I make my purchases I need the support and quality of product to be high. 2 for 2 here. Keep it up guys.

We are an NGO and we are now in the process of upping our PR efforts and Steve and his team were super nice and wonderful. Also slowly getting into this platform and till now its pretty convenient to target and filter etc. - but we are definitely not pros so with time we will work ourselfs into it to use more.
