White-Label Reports

Every Press Ranger distribution report is white-label and reseller ready. Reports never mention Press Ranger, and you can brand them two ways: with your own logo and with your own domain on the share link. Set both once at the account level and they apply to all of your reports, no matter which company a release belongs to.

Your logo appears at the top of the report page and on the PDF export.

Account-wide logo

  1. Go to White-label Settings.
  2. Upload your logo and save.

Every report on your account now carries this logo unless you override it on a specific report.

Logos should be horizontal and work on a white background. Suggested size: 750px by 230px. JPG or PNG, max 5MB.

Per-report logo

Agencies serving multiple clients can swap the logo on a single report. Open the report, click "Update white label logo," and upload a logo for that distribution. The per-report logo wins over your account-wide logo.

Reporting Domain

Report share links use pressranger.com by default. You can serve them from your own domain instead, so a client sees reports.youragency.com/reports/... when you send them their results.

There are two ways to do this:

Account-wide reporting domain (best for resellers)

If you run releases for multiple clients, set one reporting domain for your whole account. Every report share link uses it, regardless of which company the release belongs to. You do not need to set up a domain for each client.

  1. Set up a custom media room domain on one of your companies. This is the domain you will use for reports, so pick something like reports.youragency.com or news.youragency.com.
  2. Go to White-label Settings.
  3. Under "Reporting domain," choose the domain from the dropdown.
  4. Save.

Per-company custom domain

If a company has its own custom media room domain, report share links for that company's releases use it. No extra setup needed.

When both are configured, the account-wide reporting domain wins.

The reporting domain rides on the same DNS setup as your media room. If your custom media room domain works, your reports work on it too.

Sharing a Report

  1. Open a press release and view its distribution report.
  2. Click "Share Report."
  3. Copy the link and send it to your client.

Anyone with the link can view the report. The share modal confirms which domain your link is white labeled on.

Availability

The white-label logo is available on all accounts. Custom media room domains, and with them the reporting domain, are available on paid plans.
